Austin, Minnesota Woman Ejected From Vehicle In Fatal Crash
Two passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
A 37-year-old Austin, Minnesota woman was killed after being ejected from her vehicle in a crash on Interstate 35 in Clarks Grove.
Ileana Babastro was driving a Toyota 4 Runner southbound on I-35 when she lost control of the vehicle, which travelled down the center median and then rolled.
The Toyota came to a final rest in the northbound exit ramp/lane to Highway 251 (Exit 18), according to the Minnesota State Patrol (MSP). The driver was ejected from the vehicle.

MSP states that Babastro was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The two passengers in the vehicle, Sashy Martinez, 31, of Rochester, New York and Reinaldo Quesada, 41, of Albert Lea, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

They were both transported to the Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea.
Road conditions at the time were reported as snowy and icy.
