As part of their church’s party, members of St. John’s congregation served food, set up a bouncy house in its parking lot and invited local law enforcement and rescue personnel to mingle with participants.
A highlight of the event was an appearance by Tucker, the Rice County Sheriff’s Department K-9 dog. Tucker showed off his abilities by finding hidden narcotics in a vehicle. He also had a chance to play ball and be petted by party-goers.
