The Cannon City Civil War Roundtable will meet at the Faribault Senior Center, 19 W. Division Street in Faribault on Thursday, April 17th at 7 p.m.
Admission is free to the public. Our speaker will be Tom Hosier of Rochester, MN. He will speak on the personality of Lorenzo, in 1861. Lorenzo was challenged on the questions of the era. What should he do if anything with the South succeeding from the Union and all of its ramifications. Mr. Hosier is Past president of the Winona and Rochester Civil War Round Tables, President of the Wood Lake Battlefield Preservation Association, and President of the Minnesota Veterans & Emergency Services Museum Committee.
