- authorized staff to prepare plans, specifications and advertisement bids for the new police facility.Β To fund the project, the city isΒ selling $6.28 millionΒ in lease-financing bonds and then putting up $1 million from various budgets ($500,000 from theΒ cityβs general fund, $400,000 from the capital reserve fund and $100,000 from the IT equipment replacement fund). Councilors David DeLong and David Ludescher dissented on the vote.
