Guilt, anger, shame, and other strong emotions can be difficult to manage. What does it mean to let go? Does forgiveness mean forgetting? How do we move on without feeling like a victum?
These are some of the questions this intensive course explores. This course will be helpful for individuals ready to take a serious look at letting go of old hurts and resentments. Self-exploration and group discussion are part of the process. This class meets four times over a two month period.
