Tues  Enjoy a flowing warmup for the center of your body and be energized with a strong midsection. Class will have 'easy and hard' things - and they will both 'sneak up on you'. Tues class draws from principles of several disciplines – Traditional Mat Pilates, Bender Ball Pilates, Reformer on the Mat, Pilates on the Ball,  Postural Alignment & to enhance strength, alignment, athletic balance, & spinal/trunk stability.  The powerhouse of the core contributes to our every day function, balance, power, and ease of movement. Additionally a stong & balanced core can  prevent orthopedic problems and injuries. Unique class format is performed with freestanding floorwork & matwork using ½ foam rolls, sm & lg light balls & weighted balls.
