
EARLY BIRD AQUA FITNESS
Enjoy a low impact way to work on muscular strength, endurance and flexibility and be energized for the day! Each day includes, warm up, workout, strength training, cardio intervals, cool-down and stretching. Special equipment used at various times in the class are: water barbells, noodles, balls and kick boards. Come and enjoy the Early Birds for a fun and healthful workout!
