Learn about Genealogy’s First Steps- an exploration of the process of discovering your roots. Instructor Ariel Butler of the Northfield History Collaborative will discuss searching for clues at home, organizing your information, analyzing what you’ve found, and starting the hunt for new records. The course is designed for those with little or no experience with genealogy. Computer knowledge is not required, though options for computer users will be discussed. Discover what made you who you are today, famous ancestors or maybe a few skeletons as you search out your family tree.
