Slower, easy movement with elements of gentle modern dance ( jazz, community dance), yoga, laughter yoga, improvization, active balance, and gentle core toning.This class incorporates the best of several forms of movement, breathwork, mind body connection and fun in one delightful format that causes one to leave feeling lifted to sunny disposition and refreshed body.
