Northfield community Justice Fair

Fourth Annual Justice  Fair

WORKING TOGETHER:
DIGNITY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL

Come to the fourth annual
Northfield JUSTICE FAIR
in St. John's Hall (500 West Third Street)
on Sunday, October 23  from 3-5 p.m.
to see the variety of ways that Northfielders
are working for justice and  peace.

United in the theme  “Working Together:
Dignity and Justice for  All” ,   groups  and
individuals from the Northfield area will have
displays of their work and will be present to
answer questions.

Bonnie and the Clydes will be singing.
There will be an open mike for all present to use.

At the twenty or so tables of presenters
we anticipate groups of  all ages--young people
to retirees, and  those working for  local,
national, and international  causes.

The Justice Fair, which has become an important event
for both the groups and  individual  peacemakers of
the community, is one day before United Nations Day
this year.  The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
passed by the members of the UN in 1948  is a foundation
for the work being done.  Some of this is evident in the
current display in the foyer of the Northfield Public Library.

The Fair  has been appreciated both by those who have
tables there for specific work  and for those who come to
learn more abut the varied ways Northfielders are working
together for justice and peace in our local community
and the wider world, promoting dignity and justice  for all.

We hope you can help keep the momentum growing  !

See you at the Fair  !
