Studio Strength at its best - timed to music that will keepyou going and make strength training fun! A great time to sweat, pump, tone and get results! Not getting the hang of strength training in the fitness center? Come enjoy this great group class outside the gym! Strengthen you upper & lower body in this 45 minute class using free weights, your own body weight, bands, and other techniques. Look and feel your best. Learn how to correctly & safely use free weight techniques, increase your range of movement and be vigorously capable. Leader includes a warm up, strength routine, cool down & stretches at the end.
