The Northfield Beatles Tribute

More than two dozen acclaimed Northfield area musicians will be performing songs from one of the most beloved bands in history on the Cow’s outdoor Riverside Stage.

Performers such as Barb Piper, Marty Anderson, Chance Meetings and Bill McGrath will play short 1-3 song sets from the Beatles legendary catalogue. In addition, the show will feature a house band, The Japanese Beatles, comprised of keyboardist Victor Johnson, veteran Northfield musicians Dave Drentlaw and Gordon Oschwald , and Gary Rue, a 2010 Minnesota Music Hall of Fame inductee, and a resident of Northfield. The house band will accompany many of the performers, as well as play a few numbers on their own.
