It’s time to get to know rugby at the Northfield Area Family YMCA.
A rugby skills clinic for youngsters ages 10 to 17 is planned for 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Sechler Park, Northfield.
Rugby — one of the fastest growing sports in the United States — has a long history, dating back to at least the 19th century. And, it was an official Olympic sport in several Olympic Games early in the 20th century.
