Faribault Police Seek Missing 'Vulnerable' Adult

The Faribault Police Department is looking for assistance in locating a vulnerable adult, Jennifer Susan Carlson, age 25. Carlson does not have any of her needed medications with her, police said.

She is described as a white female, 5’5”, 195 pounds with purple and black hair and light brown eyes. Carlson was last seen wearing an orange hat, brown “Renaissance Festival” sweatshirt, brown pants and tan tennis shoes, according to a news release.

She may have an Adidas or Nike brand backpack.

She has a nose ring, a blue heart tattoo on her right shoulder and a pink rose tattoo on her right calf, authorities say.
