The downtown Dundas restaurant was open for 10 years.
Fermentations Wine Bar & Bistro in Dundas has closed after 10 years, according to a post on the restaurant's website.
"Thank you for the amazing years and memories! Cheers," wrote proprietors Joan Haley and Paul Paquette on the restaurant's website.
The menu and other information have been taken down from the site and have been replaced with the message and "2002-2012."

The small restaurant was known for its seasonal menus and keeping pace with some of the better restaurants out of the Twin Cities, making it a destination for Minnesota foodies.
