Fourth Street East in Northfield to Close
Fourth Street East between Union Street and Winona Street will close due to work related to the Carleton College Music Commons Project.
Northfield city officials announced Thursday that Fourth Street East between Union Street and Winona Street will be closed Monday Nov. 7 through Thursday Nov. 10 due to work related to the Carleton College
Music and Performance Commons Project. A detour will be posted utilizing Winona Street,
Third Street, and Union Street to route traffic around the work area, according to a news release.
The city urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones, and never
enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
