Northfield United
Methodist church will host a “Graceful Journey” program to help people care for
each other through illness, death and grief. The presentations will
ensure that you and your loved ones are prepared for the complicated and
emotional decisions the end of life may bring.
Presentations
include information on Advance Care Directives, what those directives do and do
NOT cover, what decisions you or your loved ones should make in advance, and
how to have difficult end-of-life conversations with reluctant partners.
The two-part presentation is on February 15 and 22nd from 9:30
a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Northfield Methodist Church, 1401 Maple Street.
