Highway 60: Upcoming Lane Closures Between Faribault, Kenyon
The $3.2 million project is scheduled to be completed this fall.

Motorists on Highway 60 will encounter lane closures from the Straight River near Faribault to Huseth Avenue in Kenyon beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5 as crews resurface the roadway, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Motorists may encounter short traffic delays during the paving operations and should be alert for flaggers directing traffic through the construction zone.
This project will replace aging pavement, extend the lifespan of the highway and make ADA improvements to sidewalks and ramps in Kenyon and Faribault. Crane Creek Asphalt is the prime contractor on this $3.2 million project. Work is scheduled to be complete in late-October, according to a new release.
