Hwy. 246 Road Construction Could Affect First Day of School in Northfield

In the event that the current construction (S. Division Street, Northfield) is not completed by the start of school on Tuesday, September 6, the school district requests your cooperation in traveling to school buildings located in the vicinity of Highway 246.

For Tuesday, September 6, the school district is anticipating that there will be no road construction going on except south of County Road 1, but we have no control over the project timeline. We encourage parents delivering their children to school and students driving to school, to plan a little extra time and be prepared for rough or uneven pavement in several locations between Woodley Street and County Road 1.
