Just Food Co-op Pulls Larry Schultz Organic Farm Eggs After Salmonella Outbreak
Larry Schultz Organic Farm issued a voluntary precautionary recall of some of its eggs following a Salmonella outbreak connected with these eggs.
has voluntarily pulled Larry Schultz Organic Farm eggs off its shelves after a recall was issued for some of the brand's eggs, according to the co-op's website.
"At this time, it does not appear any eggs Just Food carries are included in the recall, and we are confident in the safety of these eggs," the website reads. "However, Just Food recall policy calls for an abundance of caution. Accordingly, Just Food is voluntarily pulling all Schultz eggs and products made with Schultz eggs from our shelves and is refunding customers who return these eggs and/or products."

The Larry Schultz’s precautionary recall only includes cartons and cases of eggs that do not have a “Sell by” date on them; all eggs sold at Just Food Co-op come in cases that include “Sell by” dates," according to Just Food.
