Memo: Building Permits for New Homes Approach Last Year’s Numbers

From the City of Northfield, here is the City Administrator’s Memorandum from City Administrator Tim Madigan for May 31.
Among the items in this week’s memo:
• Community Development has issued 10 new home building permits so far this year, and the construction of five other new homes are on the way. That compares to 15 new home permits for all of last year.
• The City Hall reconfiguration project begins Monday, June 1. The city’s new communications and human resources manager, Michelle Mahowald, began her job this week.
