Missing Northfield Student Found, Suspect Arrested
Northfield police announced Sunday that a previously missing juvenile has been located, and one suspect in the case has been arrested.

The Northfield Police Department and the River Falls Police Department announced Sunday that a previously missing juvenile has been located, and one suspect has been arrested. Northfield Police Investigators worked with authorities from River Falls, Wisconsin and located Naomi Bruestle, a resident of Northfield, in that area.
Police say Bruestle was transported to the River Falls Area hospital for evaluation and treatment. Authorities say Bruestle is now safe and with her family. Police will continue to investigate the circumstances related to how she ended up in Wisconsin, according to a news release.
River Falls Police arrested a 36-year-old man on Saturday evening, Dec. 31 at an apartment complex.

He was booked into Pierce County Jail at 11:17 pm on the following charge:
• Child Enticement, a Class D Felony, and upon conviction may be fined not more than $100,000, or imprisoned not more than 25 years, or both.

The River Falls Police Department, in cooperation with the Northfield Minnesota Police Department and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are handling the incident.
