
River Bend Nature Center will be hosting a naturalist walk on Thursday, August 1st at 7-8:30 pm. You are invited to come take a walk on River Bend’s trails and, with the help of one of their naturalists, see what new plants and animals are around at this time of the year!
Late summer brings many changes to Minnesota’s ecosystems, especially the prairie. With the heat of the summer comes the growth of many species of grass, and with each week a new prairie flower blooms. Participants in this program will enjoy the guidance of a knowledgeable River Bend naturalist as they explore for life around the nature center!
This program is free for members and $2/individual, $6/family for non-members, and is open to ages 10-110. No pre-registration is required.
