Shout out and a huge thanks to the folks at the Tavern and particularly to the bartender, Brett, who did the neighborly thing late last night and called the cops and then confronted the person trying to take one of our canoes or kayaks on an inebriated midnight solo run without a paddle (or a life jacket). Although our boats are locked up, we are sincerely appreciative that the awesome folks at the Tavern were watching out for us.
