Douglas Johnson, Director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, lecturer in Public Policy, and former Executive Director of the Center for Victims of Torture based in the Twin Cities, will speak about how to expand the strategic thinking of the human rights movement.
