Northfield Boys Hockey Falls to Conference-Leading Chanhassen

The Chanhassen Storm came up with 60 shots in beating the Northfield Raiders, 6-2, Tuesday night in a Missota Conference boys hockey game at .

Andrew Scofield led the Raiders offense with one goal and one assist.  His assist came 12:23 into the first period on Northfield's first goal, from Torr Legvold, cut Chanhassen's lead to 2-1.

The Raiders second goal came 9:30 into the second when Scofield scored, assisted by Taylor Freiermuth and Colton Woodruff.  However, the Raiders were no match for Chanhassen's offense.

Isaak Tjaden made 54 saves in Northfield's net.

Northfield, 10-8-1 and 3-5-1 overall and will visit Farmington on Friday. Chanhassen improved to 8-0-1 in the Missota.
