Northfield Dog Park Opens for Season

The lock is off the gate.

Northfield Streets and Parks Supervisor TJ Heinricy contacted Patch today to say the much beloved Northfield dog park has reopened.

The dog park, taken down annually for , was down all of last year because of a city sewer project.

The fence for the dog park in  was reinstalled in October as city workers reseeded the area. Because of the warm weather, the grass grew in faster than expected and Heinricy said it was perfect to reopen this week.
