Northfield Legion Advances in District Play

The Northfield American Legion baseball team advanced in the District 3 tournament with a 14-4 win over Waconia on Wednesday in Dundas.
The win sets up a matchup with Eastview, the No. 2 seed in the tournament, on Thursday in Dundas. First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m.
Eastview advanced in the tournament thanks to an 11-1 win over Hastings on Wednesday.
