The Northfield Public Library’s Books and Stars summer literacy program will close its 2013 season with its first-ever talent show at Central Park. The show begins at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Booker, the library's bookmobile, will not be on location for this event.

Come and see the talent your friends and neighbors have! Contestants will be judges on the following criteria:
-Poise & Preparation (confidence, cover mistakes well, etc.)
-Physical Appearance (neatness, costuming)
-Stage Presence (audience appeal, smile!)
-Talent
Northfield area judges will hand out the cash first place prizes!
This activity is made possible by the voters on Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to the appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
