Each week, Northfield Patch seeks suggestions from readers for individual kids, youth groups, teens and even sports teams that wow us with their accomplishments. We want to hear about these amazing children and teens and select one each week as the Patch Whiz Kid.

●    Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: I would like you to know how a student from (St. Dominic School) set a great example by helping us last weekend. We had many leaves to rake and bag in our yard. Simon walked over with rake in hand and worked nonstop until all was done. He would not take a break! My husband and I were very impressed. Simon's help was greatly appreciated. I'm sure he doesn't know how much this touched us. I feel young children should be recognized for their good deeds. God bless Simon for his kindness.
