Northfield YMCA Programs in Full Swing in July
The Y offers camps, as well as youth sports and preschool programs, during the month. Register now at www.northfieldymca.org.
July is a huge month at the Northfield Area Family YMCA.
Youth activities are in full swing, with three day camps in operation and a wealth of preschool programs and sports being offered.

CAMPS
Prairie & Wood 1/2 Day Camp: A five-day camp that’s offered the weeks of July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26 and July 29-Aug. 2 at the Carleton Arboretum.

Y Navigators: A three-, four- or five-day-a-week camp offered weekly at the Northfield National Guard Armory.
Wee Camp: A four-day, ½-day camp that offered the weeks of July 8-11, July 15-18, July 22-26 and Aug. 5-8 at locations in the Northfield area.
SPORTS
Y Kids Tri: The fourth annual Y Kids Tri is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, beginning at the Old Memorial Park Pool.
Wee Golf: For ages 4-5 and is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 9 to 25.
Golf: For ages 6-9 and is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursday from July 9 to 25.
Wee T-Ball: For ages 3-5 and is scheduled for Mondays from July 15 to Aug. 12.
T-Ball/Baseball: For ages 6-9 and is scheduled for Mondays from July 15 to Aug. 12.
Wee Tennis: For ages 3-5 and is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursday from July 30 to Aug. 14.
Tennis: For ages 6-9 and is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday from July 30 to Aug. 15.
PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Preschoolers in the Park: A weekly drop-in program for children up to age 6 that’s conducted from 10-11:30 a.m. every Wednesday through Aug. 21 at Odd Fellows Park.
Dundas Preschoolers in the Park: A weekly drop-in program for children up to age 6 that’s conducted from 10-11:30 a.m. every Monday from June July 22 at Dundas Memorial Park.
Leap ‘n’ Preschoolers: For ages 3-6 and is scheduled for 10 10:45 a.m. Fridays from July 19-Aug. 16 at Spring Creek Park.
Messy Art: For ages 3-6 and is scheduled for 10-10:45 a.m. Tuesdays from July 23-Aug. 20 at Odd Fellows Park.
