Cassie Funke-Harris Posts Best Northfield Time in Twin Cities Marathon

Several of them headed north on Sunday for the 2011 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon.

The first to cross the line from Northfield was Cassie Funke-Harris, 28, who posted a time of 3:01:40, which was good for a 6:57 pace. She was the 31st woman to cross the line and 235th overall.

Matthew Forster, 39, was the first male runner from Northfield to complete the 26.2-mile race with a time of 3:07:37.

Northfield's oldest particpant, 62-year-old Timothy Hogan, finished with a time of 5:19:22.
