Northfield's Meghan Malecha Is 2013 Rice County Fair Queen

One of Northfield's own is now reigning over the 2013 Rice County Fair, the Northfield News reported:  

"On a sticky evening before a full crowd on the Midway Stage on Tuesday, Meghan Malecha, of Northfield, was crowned the 2013 Rice County Fair Queen. Malecha, a Northfield High School student, is the 17-year-old daughter of Tom and Katie Malecha, of Northfield. She works for Noble Chiropractic Clinic and is a member of Rice County 4-H.

"'It means a lot to be named Rice County Fair Queen,' said Malecha. "I'm so excited to represent and promote the Rice County Fair.'"
