Proposed Calendar Changes, iPads and Eagle Bluff Trip Get Public Meetings

In this week's video, Superintendent Chris Richardson talks about the upcoming meetings to talk about Transformational Technology (iPads for students and staff), the proposed modified "balanced" calendar and the Eagle Bluff trip for seventh-graders.

Northfield Public Schools will host a series of public meetings during January and February to get community feedback regarding the three aforementioned topics coming before the Board of Education.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

• Saturday, January 5th - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Middle School Media Center - Transformational Technology Concepts 
• Monday, January 7th - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Middle School Media Center -Transformational Technology Concepts
• Thursday, January 10th - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Middle School Auditorium/Cafeteria - Eagle Bluff Environment Program Alternatives 
• Tuesday, January 15th - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in High School Upper Cafeteria - Modified Balanced Calendar Options 
• Thursday, January 17th - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in High School Upper Cafeteria - Modified Balanced Calendar Options
• Tuesday, January 22nd - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in High School Upper Cafeteria - Modified Balanced Calendar Options
• Saturday, February 2nd - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in High School Auditorium -Transformational Technology Proposal 
• Monday, February 4th - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in High School Auditorium -Transformational Technology Proposal
