Horrifying Video: Minnesota Driver Avoids Crash

Watch as a suspected distracted driver swerves into oncoming traffic and hits the rumble strip in the opposite lane before returning to their side of the road in southern Minnesota. The person who sent the Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) this video was paying attention and avoided a potentially-horrific crash Saturday morning on Highway 63 between Rochester and Millville.

He sent the footage to help people realize how important it is to always be focused behind the wheel, according to MSP.

Statistics show dozens of people are killed or injured each year in Minnesota in distracted driving crashes.
