Rice County Sheriff’s Office Gets Surprise Visit From Divine Mercy Students
Students from Divine Mercy Catholic School in Faribault surprised the Rice County Sheriff's Office with gifts and food Monday morning.
On Monday morning, the Rice County Sheriff’s Office staff had a surprise visit from students of Divine Mercy Catholic School in Faribault. The children came bearing gifts of food and "Thank You" cards, each personalized by the children with their hand print and name.
The cards said, "We Love our Sheriff and Deputies!"
"What an awesome way to start the week," Sheriff Troy Dunn said on Facebook. "We are truly blessed in our community to have the support of so many people, especially from our youth who are our future. Thanks DMCS gang for making our week!"
