The tour has pictures and summaries of actions people have taken in their homes such as insulation, solar panels, rain gardens, water collection, building with reused materials and more. Some of the business examples highlight vehicle changes and renewable energy options. The tour provides several tabs with information around waste, water, food and transportation.
βSomeday we hope to make this a βparade of homesβ style live tour but for now the virtual is a great start,β said Beth Kallestad, program coordinator for the City of Northfield. βSpecial thanks to the students, residents and businesses who helped create the tour."
