Immigrants' Struggle for Dignity with Enrique Barcenas, CTUL, Guest Speaker. This service is part of the UUA 'Standing On the Side of Love' campaign that presents stories of injustice to help move public attitudes and policy to end oppression through love. Our guest from the 'Center for Workers United in Struggle' will share his personal experience with the plight of immigrant 'retail cleaners' in the US who keep our shops clean and comfortable, yet face poor working conditions, miserable wages, and a work load that never would be permitted were they not immigrants.
