What Sold for $310,000 in Northfield-April 28 Report

Home sales continue to climb in the Twin Cities, with the median sales price up for the 13th consecutive month.

In March, Northfield had 24 completed home sales, a 4.3 percent increase from the same month in 2012, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
