• Thirteen cities share Anoka County HRA's approved tax levy (hometownsource.com) — Oak Grove property owners are part of a 3.7% increase in Anoka County’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority levy for 2027, driven by rising property values rather than a higher tax rate. Most of the additional revenue will flow back to participating cities, including Oak Grove, for housing, redevelopment, and economic development projects. Final levy approval comes after public meetings in late November and early December.
