Amazing donation by Century College and their students!

I received an amazing phone call from a teacher at Century College.  According to the teacher every semester in their public speaking classes they urge students to prepare a speech on a non-profit.  All of the students gave one of these speeches and they have to collectively vote for one winner.  One of the students decided to do his speech on Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  His speech was heartfelt and included many pictures of his younger sister, who is affected with SMA.  The students all voted for him.  The teacher said that if the students were all willing to donate a total of $50.00 that she would match their donation.  The students had no problem meeting that goal!! We received the $100.00 donation from Century College in that students name.  It warms our hearts that our community is helping us to find a cure for SMA and we sincerely appreciate the students and Century Colleges efforts in this!
