Do you love entertaining but hate the hassle of mixing drinks individually? Well, you are always going to have the drinks you have to mix individually, but you sure can take a bite out of it by mixing this fabulous drink by the bucket. I can attest that these are great for the ladies! We have had many a summer parties with this drink!
If you love pina coladas and sex on the beach... then why not make them by the bucket? This just makes sense to me. All you have to do is mix up all the ingredients into a large bucket, throw it in the freezer overnight and you are good to go! These are great for parties. Eliminates having to make single drinks all day long! These are fantastic!
ingredients
- 2 46-48 ounce pineapple juice
- 6 ounces orange juice
- 2 cups pina colada drink mix (no alcohol)
- 1 quart white rum
- grenadine
- 7-up
directions

Mix all the ingredients except 7-up and grenadine. Pour into a large bucket with lid. Try using one or two ice cream pails. Freeze the mix over night. It will not freeze completely but will turn into a nice slush.

To serve:
Spoon slush out of bucket into glass. Fill about half full and add 7-up to the glass. Add a dash of grenadine to finish off drink.

Add garnish if you like, such as maraschino cherries, orange slices, pineapple chunks and a piece of mint for the top. Those little colored umbrellas are fun too!
