There’s lots of tender loving care that goes into every burger made by Chef Curtis Lyon. Word on the street: don't mess these bad boys up with any ketchup or mustard and just let the burgers do the talking.

Take for instance, the Casino el Camino Burger ($8.95). This burger is made with Louisiana hot sauce, Amish blue cheese crumbles, caramelized red onions and chilled diced celery. You’ll want to chill it all down with a big, roast-flavored Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout ($5/pint).

If you’re longing for a taste of the tropics, try the Hula Hut Burger ($9.45). Crispy, smoked-bacon, green chilies, melted jack cheese and grilled slices of pineapple make this burger unique. It’s perfectly paired with a French Vanilla Martini made with vanilla-flavored vodka, pineapple and Chambord liqueur ($7).

Other must-try burgers are the Mushroom Cheeseburger ($8.45) and the Black and Bleu Infused Burger ($8.95). Thinly sliced mushrooms are marinated in vermouth, giving this burger’s flavor profile a touch of sophisticated elegance. The Black and Bleu Infused is a personal creation of Chef Lyon’s and is made with special blackened seasoning, red onion and bleu cheese crumbles. FYI: This burger is an off-the-menu item, but just tell them Patch sent you!
