Eagle Point Elementary School's Spooktacular Dance is a Treat

Hundreds of costumed kids and their parents showed up at Saturday for the sixth annual Spooktacular Dance.

Kids could go through a haunted house in the school's basement, put their friends in "jail" (until someone bailed them out,) play carnival games or dance to the music of a live DJ.

The school's parent-teacher organization plans the event, which raises money for field trips, programs and supplies for the school. The organization's goal was to raise $5,000 at the dance.
