
In celebration of National Running Day, join Tenacity Fitness and Endurance for a free evening event.
Listen to an educational presentation about running and learn about three local women who are training for their first marathon. Then, join runners of all levels for a two-mile run. Tenacity will use pace groups so that no runner will be left behind. After the jog, come back to Tenacity Fitness for free treats and refreshments.
Don't forget to bring a pair of old running shoes to the event. All shoes will be donated to Recycled Runners, an organization that finds uses for the often expensive old running shoes.
