The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Thursday, July 28, and 7 a.m. Friday, July 29, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- William G. McCloskey, 25, of Oakdale, transported from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office on a disorderly conduct charge.
