- Why Go: Meet both live and stuffed snakes and learn about these reptiles.
- Geared Toward: Kids of all ages.

- Why Go: Check out the Gateway Trail, take part in a scavenger hunt and stay for some water fun at the Maplewood Community Center.

- When/Where: Friday, June 10 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Dodge Nature Center.
- Why Go: If your kids would get a kick out of sea shanties, this is the concert for you! Enjoy a night of music under the stars.

- Why Go: Learn all about rainbows and how they are made.
- Geared Toward: 3- to 10-year olds. (9-10:30 a.m. for ages 3-6 and 11 a.m. -12:30 p.m. for ages 7-10)
- Price: $7 per participant.
