St. Paul Farmer’s Market

- Why Go: Spend the morning picking up some fresh veggies, homemade baked goods or plants for the garden. Make sure you take the kids on a free horse-drawn wagon ride too!

- Price: Free but bring cash for purchases.
Battle Creek Splash Pool
- When/Where: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily at Battle Creek Regional Park off of Upper Afton.
- Why Go: If you need a change of scenery from your favorite beach check out this waterpark. Features include a three-story waterslide and a shallow area with play equipment.

- Why Go: This youth theater is especially geared toward children. This classic story is turned into a musical version.

Plan Ahead: Turtle Tales
When/Where: Saturday, July 16th from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Maplewood Nature Center.
Why Go: Here’s your chance to see turtles in their natural habitats and get up close and personal.
Geared Towards: Children 3 and older.
Price: $3 per child. (Register by July 14)
