Man Resuscitated After Being Found in Water on Lake Elmo

A 31-year-old Bloomington man is in Regions Hospital after a friend found him face down in 2 feet of water on Lake Elmo early Saturday morning, according to a Washington County Sheriff’s Office press release.

The sheriff’s office got the call at 3:09 a.m. that the man’s friends had just pulled him from the water and onto a dock, the release says.

Three Washington County deputies were on the scene within seconds, and they applied oxygen and rescue breathing techniques, according to the release.

Lake Elmo Rescue and Lakeview Ambulance also arrived, and the man’s condition improved somewhat, the release says.

The man’s current condition is unknown, according to the release.
