The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Sunday, June 19, and 7 a.m. Monday, June 20, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Blia Xiong, 31, of Oakdale, arrested in the 1600 block of Helena Road on second-degree assault, terroristic threats and domestic assault charges.

Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
